Murray’s return to Pitt Bitter sweet Written by Spicy McHaggis - March 1st, 2009
Glen Murray's return to Pitt is bittersweet.

When Glen Murray learned he was traded back to Pitt he was happy to return to his former team, but on the other hand he was disappointed. Murray left a team looking to make the playoffs to go to a team that sits at the bottom of the eastern standings. “I’m glad to see some old friends and faces, but I was really looking forward to a playoff push” Said Murray. Murray’s dream of playing for a playoff team may not be over. Inside sources say the Pens are trying to move Murray before the March 22nd deadline. However moving Murray’s contract will not be easy to move and the Pens ma not see a lot of action. Regardless of what happens Glen Murray’s history with the Pens leaves him as an all time fan favorite.

That bastard shouldn't have demanded 7 million bucks when you were trying to sign or he could be on a playoff team. Written By: StajanFan (2009-03-01 21:14:35)
