The East-leading Maple Leafs almost make up the entire first line but Mika Zibanejad had something to say about it, tying for RW with MacKinnon earning them both a spot. Tyler Myers earns a starter spot for the second year in a row on D. The goalie vote was widely split with Bobrovsky edging Oettinger and Talbot by one vote.

CMHL Western Conference

Like last year, the West was nowhere near as decisive amongst GMs, with only Makar receiving an actual majority of votes. At RW, both Bertuzzi and Boeser gain berts with a perfect split. Nashville was left in the lurch as Draisaitl edged out Roope Hintz by one vote at C while Kucherov edged out Ovechkin by only two votes. In nets, Husso edged out Andersen and Blackwood by only one vote each.
